Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse eligible payments received from you, excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us, where permitted by law.
Return of Goods
You must send the goods back according to the return instructions provided by HVOVA. Goods should be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal, unless otherwise instructed.
Return Shipping Costs
You may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless applicable law or our return instructions state otherwise.
Condition of Returned Goods
You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal may not apply to certain goods, including customised products, sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, or other exceptions permitted by applicable law.
